---Or a newsletter…in which the employees…who are university educated…submit montly articles….alhamdulilah..with suggestions boxes and ideas…submitted
---Or the feed back…system….to improve….
---Does the company gives employess…on the job…a virtual chat room to…chat with employees of other branches…..so they can…gossip about the organization….on the servers…maintained by the organization……open discussion…sometimes…saves orgnizations….if monitored….by net work…admin
---chat room gossips….are fun time for some employees….
---its easy to dismantel six hundred locations…but to setup them again…..
---does star bucks…provide internet or hot spot or wifi connection to customer on some price….and what profit sharing does the employee…gets….[ does the branch employees have skills other than…coffee making…to…fix and trouble shoot the computer problems…]…improving on skills….carrear growth….
---pg 337...sometimes..the most hardworking…chores doing employees…have the vision…cos they are serving the customer….in person…getting feedback…like the sales persons….

Using company owned channels also allows the company to expand or contract sites without being bound by contractual agreement with other entities. A final benefit is that the company owns the customer relationship….
The fact if star bucks open a shop …in the third world like country…they wont be able to find the educated staff…that can serve the organization….in the manner they want…..I.e. due to the low university educated white collar staff….downsizing is easy….but ask the employer in the thired….world..with…low educated staff….
-----why don’t star bucks have a Internet or computer Magazine….like the Pcmagazine or computershopper for its….seventy percent of internet users….that the employees…at every branch can search at home …..articles…and…they launch the magazine…..s
---increased readership means….attracting advertisements…and increase in profits….

---using such standards ensures both Service and Quality are maintained….[ maintaing standards are not easy…if the employee gets ill….point to ponder…
STAR SKILLS:[ WHAT are these star’s for…they usually give them…to armed forces…boys….if you all have these stars….than…what a waste….

To hire, keep and motivate the very best[ service industry university educated] employees, star bucks has three guidelines for on -the-job interpersonal relations:
1) maintain and enchance self esteem

From the above statement it seems ….that most of the customers of star bucks are….Univeristy educated persons…doing corporate jobs …in the white collar industry….that means…store location….may count……

That is what I call better, stable fine…manageable business…..
Not trying to expand too, much like star bucks….the more you expand…..the more it is not possible to manage…..
Stable manageable…business..with volume sales….six hunderd branches…is number which is not manageable figure…a manager can…at the most manage five to eight people…[ principles of management ]
Now due to…that…so much skilled staff had to be lay offed…alhamdulialh…

e)how many occupations…are there in the world or globe…and how many have one person from there have changed or experienced
f)how many kinds of skills are there in the globe….and how many have they learnt….do they know how to give CPR,…can they make a chair like IKEA,…
g) Name and list the specializations and sub0-specalizations of the following
Medical school [e.g. orthopedic, ENT…etc.
Engineering School [ civil eng, artificial intellegence
Business school[ Marketing,…brand management….etc…
h) how many of them are Univeristy educated…..from, firstworld i.e. Europe and U.S…
