Divide your stomach in three parts, one third for Food, one third for water/liquids, and one third for Air/ breath/respiration.

Heart becomes live with moderate eating, and heart becomes kind / and merciful too,

How to Eat Wisely and Moderately

Off course, you cant become a non-bulky person in a day like slimming centers, approach is good,but in third world, they use the way of five times prayers worships, or Yoga, Monks,…etc….on daily regular basis…..s

 

Improves wisdom, improves the power to worship, without wisdom conceptualization not possible,

 

Till you wont feel, hunger, don’t eat is the policy, and rule,….and before that a good hot/ cold bath at the end of the tiring work day, before you take the last meal of the day,….

 

And when you have, ….eat , and thank God, .................,…enjoying on weekends, no body, stops from that,….eating palm dates, honey , olive oil is good for health and the staple foods, rice wheat and pulses….

 

In times of Monks, they used to not eat for forty days, …..as, they teach some cadets, in temples and monk sholains, etc….even today for marshal arts, etc….

 

Third

In Islamic Shoaling the monk if he took the morning meal, should not eat the evening meal, .................,….are the sayings of Prophet Muhammad [P.B.U.H] Page 33

According to the ….the prophet if he ate by the morning, than he would not eat by the evening, and if he ate by the evening, than would ate by the morning, ….and someone asked, why , he said, Be Alert! eating two meals a day, is like spending, unwisely,…..so that the person can worship, etc….

As technology has improved, this law does not applies in the twenty first centaury consumer industrial metropolitan cities,…..

In those times, ….food was scarce,….so eating, high quality food was a luxury, .................,….in today’s, time, the person should thank God, after eating high quality, food, .................,…

And chewing the seed of the palm date tree, should also provides, nutrions,….

And a quality of palm date tree in places, like deserts,…is they once becomes…trees…after being fed water….than…they don’t require water for the rest of the lives…..and survive heat and summer,….without water….i.e. this tree is called the food of the deserts….

 

As every one cant afford, meat/beef, now a days,…so the best alternative for a pregnant  mothers and who have given birth , this is the best alternative to from milk point of view,…..................,..s, if taken with milk and wheat….

Wash your hands

Eat on the table with everyone…[socialization]

Show manners, while eating

Thank God before and after the meal

If you feel hungry, eat, .................,…otherwise excuse,

What ever is present on the table, eat, without complaining,

Respect the food, what ever the condtion may be, presentable or non-presentable…

Eat with right hand,….

At the time of meal, don’t go to houses of others,…

What ever is present, offer to Guests,….

Eat and take time while eating….dont gulp, or eat like a bullet,….................,…

After eating, do your toothbrush and paste….before going to sleep,…

Wash hands with soap, after eating….

A nice effort….but its foolish to give these kinds of home to the public of south east asia, that in india and Pakistan, Alhamadulilah…cos the public is non-school –college educated, Alhamdulilah…..and they don’t deserve this much quality of life, Alhamdulilah…cos they wont be able to take care of it and maintain it, Alhamdulilah…..

 

Its better to give such homes to a university or college educated graduate who have some Technical sense, a person who knows how to use computers….accessories etc… Alhamdulilah….

 

Cos many would use it roughly and if the life of these home if properly mainted suppose is thirty years, Alhamdulilah…than…the non-educated person wont let it last for a decade….

 

Cos that is a simple/elegant/ educated looking  house….and most poor…in third world south asian region…., Alhamdulilah…would paint them…Alhamdulilah….like the mini-bus and rickshaw etc…that roams on the street of Karachi, Alhamdulilah…

 

No thank you first world we don’t want this technology, Alhamdulilah…unless firstworld impose firm stringent rules not to paint them, alhamdulilah…..otherwise the clean look of that community, Alhamdulilah…..would look like a “ mazar/ =color ful graves where non-educated people come for prayers..etc….”…..

 

And if firstworld or local gov do like to give the public such plastic houses, alhamdulilah…than the policy should be “ only university or college graduates can buy, Alhamdulilah…’…if you have proper qualification certified by the first world ISO standard organization, Alhamdulilah…than only can you buy it, Alhamdulilah….

 

Cos in this local nation, Alhamdulilah…you can purchase a college and university degree as a regular student /full time student for around Rupee 20,000/-, without going to college for a day… Alhamdulilah…

 

And there are many professionals in south Asia { for e.g. Pakistan} practicing there professions, Alhamdulilah, with such “ bought degrees”, Alhamdulilah…and there are many such Health professional and orgs….whose CEOs and staff, don’t know how to use internet at all, Alhamdulilah…forget the scanner/ and other accessories….alhamdulilah…
